Do you take phone orders?

No, sorry. Orders can be placed just online.

 

Can you please tell me how to use your products?

No, sorry. First and foremost all of our products are sold for research purposes only and once again we are a supply company and research questions are beyond our scope of knowledge.

 

How long does it take to process your orders?

Most orders are processed with in 48-72 hours sometimes less. Unfortunately there is no guarantee do to undisclosed circumstances.

 

Who do you use to deliver your orders?

We use Airmail to deliver the orders. If you would prefer, you can choose Registered Airmail paying an extra fee for that service.

 

I haven’t got any email responses from you about my order.

Check your spam folder. Our system automatically generates a response stating we received your order.

 

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Western Union, MoneyGram and Bitcoin. When placing your order, you will receive an email that will guide you through each step.

How do I pay by Western Union or MoneyGram?

Please, place your order and then you will receive an email with all the details you will need to make the payments.

I'm not getting order confirmation emails, is there a reason for this?

Our shopping cart system is sending emails every time the order status is updated. But sometimes our emails may be blocked or rejected by customer email provider spam filters. To check your order status please go to My Account, find your order, click the View button and check the status on the order page. You can also try and order using another email service provider like yahoo or gmail.

 

Will I be required to sign for my package?

A signature confirmation maybe should be required for Registered Airmail and EMS. Regular mail does not require a signature.

 

If I place an order, how long before I receive it?

We ship all orders within 1-3 days of funds being picked up. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-2 days to process your payment (excluding Sundays).

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the method of shipment you choose.

When you check out, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order.

Reships of seized orders will be done provided you have a copy of the letter to show us. If you receive a seizure letter, please contact us immediately with a scanned copy of the seizure letter, and also a new address to have your order reshipped to, and we will take care of this free of charge.

Do you have a tracking number for my package?

It depends on the postage option chosen:

- Registered mail - The packages have a tracking number. you will get tracking number and you can track you pack.

 

Will you ship to a P.O box?

All the shipping options we offer deliver to P.O Box addresses.

We ask that you please double check your address information to ensure accuracy before submitting it to us in order to avoid any possible delays.

 

I received my order, but some of the products were damaged and unusable, what do I do?

We do our best to package products as securely and carefully as possible to prevent possible damage. However, in rare occurrences, unusually rough handling by postal services can cause problems. If you receive a product that is unusable due to damage, please take a clear picture of the damaged, send it to us and we will replace the damaged item.
